Snipe, I am not sure where. We were sent this at work to emphasize the importance of obeying withdrawl distances. Seems the lesson was hard learned by these poor souls.

reminds me of a hazmat video I saw where the fire captain walks up the railroad tanker car and tastes the leaking fluid. That video also had the fire department using a gas powered saw to cut a guy out of a benzine tank that was half filled. Needless to say the firemen did not live.
