We got 4\" and a 1/8\" of Freezing Drizzle which was great to stop the drifting that was happening,but by the afternoon it was at 34 and melting.
We dont have anything to stop the drifting so I had a 3 ft drift across the back in places.

Got to take out the \"Golden Bear\" in the snow for the first time,man 4 wheel drive is gear!

I can take this Snow every few days a little at a time,easier to track the
\"Yotes\" it looks like grand central in the back all the tracks.

Yeah I get the drifts myself, as I live at the end of a dead end street with nothing but cornfields from the south around to the west of me. So the guy that plows the streets, piles everything just past or at my driveway. Nice Guy huh? LOL
When we had that 1st snow a few weeks back my driveway was about 2 feet deep with the drifts.

Wanna talk about tracks.......man I had tons when I came home from work Sunday morning after it snowed!

Ones that I could make out atleast......my hunting skills have dwindled since being in Louisiana.......I had atleast 1 deer, some squirrels and rabbits (physically saw them most of the day),I think a racoon.

Also 1 very large and full bellied hawk!
I put out the scrap corn stuff whats left after the corn is augered into the cribs, for the squirrels and birds to eat.
Well old Mr Hawk who lives in a big tree in the backyard done went and caught himself one of my biggest squirrles!
Guessing either he couldnt carry him off, or he just wanted to sit there and show off a little as he ate it most of SUnday and about 1/2 of Monday!

We dont have any Hardwood trees for squirrels around here,but they tend to come thru during mating season trying to get to the Pitwood Hedge as we call it here.
its 7 1/2 miles from the river here and the Hedge is another 3 so a couple of times a year we'll see a Cat or Foxtail squirrel coming thru the yard stopping for drink from the water hole I made,sit in the Shade tree and then the wife cant stop but make them a \"Lunch\" usually a peanut butter sandwich and off they go.
When we lived in town, I had names for about 6 of them.
Rabbits just dont make it around here,Red Tail hawks and American Hawks take care of them,or I'll roll one if I see it.
We have lots of Falcons(sparrow hawks).
Deer, Geez we got dear this year and Nobody got \"Old Grey\" either that buck ,my Dad finally saw him when he walked in front of his truck coming over one morning he swears it atleast a 18 point I still can only count 16 but I'd love to find his rack when he drops it .
Some have tried to Shoot him, I know he had an arrow in him last winter but it didnt stop him.

Deer is closed now and Sunday I had 17 in my back field so theres no shortage.

Yotes are just too thick, I have one this year,but seen dozens but out of range.
I'm going to have to break out the \"Sunlight\" at night.
