That's a common problem amongst people trying to find band members.

I'm teaching someone bass right now and I've haven't played for years; it's an easy transfer. Rhythm is very important for a bassist as well as being able to keep time with the drummer.

I would probably be best as a drummer cuz I've got amazing rhythm, I know how to keep a beat, and I rock on the few drum sets that I've played. Problems are money and parental permission...

Good!

One thing I did is to make sur to listen to the drummers bass drum. That gave me a great indicator of how "tight" I was with the drummer. Combined, both of us are the main rhythm section.

I used to hang out with a band so i could bang the groupies while they were busy 'practicing' and getting trashed, lol.

Good guys, hot groupies....sluts too.
