For some reason Louisiana murders like strang names like C-murder, but this one takes the cake. ____ Times-Picayune Updates Monday, March 20, 2006 'B-Stupid' arrested Monday, March 20 New Orleans’ most-wanted murder suspect was caught hiding out at a Kenner house early Monday morning, authorities said. New Orleans police developed information that Ivory “B-Stupid” Harris was staying at a house in the 2600 block of Augusta Street and asked Kenner police for help getting a search warrant, said Capt. James Gallagher, Kenner police spokesman. Kenner SWAT team members entered the house at 3:10 a.m., and Harris ran out the back door where he was tackled by New Orleans police, Gallagher said. Harris is accused of being involved in three Houston homicides in addition to a killing on Mardi Gras in New Orleans. |
