Wow that looks good. Nice bike to hit the road.
Have good rides on that bike. Don't get to much speedtickets.

You know what they say about the toys of children and men? Only the price and size of the toys are different

Your FIRST bike?? Dude do yourself, the public and your insurance rates a favor and rent or borrow something way smaller for a couple of weeks. Your gonna give donorcycles a bad name lol.

Safety Course Graduate I dont think is going to help!

Think thats what Boomer was attempting to say! lol

Ya never know though. My little brother bought his first bike brand new in 04 at 40 yrs old!
He bought an 04 Honda 750 Aero. Nice looking bike.
He dumped it only once to this date, sliding on some gravel due to a quick stop.
Bike was basically unscathed! Luckily!

If any of you know the place........he was at the entrance to \"Hogrock\". Its a big Biker Jamboree held twice a year in Southern Illinois.
I guess its known as the \"Other Sturgis\"..............Sturgis Kentucky is not far across the river from it.

He has the taste, and the pre-approval for Harley Credit!
Talked to him just last night and he has decided to wait till next January......at that point the Aero becomes my 1st bike! Albeit used.
Letting me have it for payoff, which by January should be about $1800!
04 Honda 750 with about 15,000 on it right now. Have seen em priced alot higher, so little brother aint out to screw me at this point! Ha Ha Ha

Has anyone looked at or seen one of the Mlitary Tribute Harley Davidsons?
I saw pictures of them on their website, but in person would be better.
There is one to each branch of service. Air Force version shows Lawn Darts on it I think...YUCK!

Have a friend at work who builds custom bikes........I tossed an idea to him about a repaint and the design I was thinking. He wants to do it with me when I buy a bike.
I was thinking a logo on each side of tank being former unit patches......75th for FLying Tigers and 4477th for my Red Eagle days.
Tank would have corresponding murals to go along with the unit they depict. Our Beloved Hawg with the Tigers side and my Mig-21 on the Red Eagle side!
I was thinking some sort of Shark Teeth for the front fender.
Back fender would be AF Flag and maybe my service dates, something like that?

Does that sound weird?
I have been looking at something in the 1100 range, but if I can get his used to beat up on the ountry roads around here for a bit first I might go that way!
I have a few months to decide on my paint! Any thoughts or ideas along the lines tossed out above?

Ahhh then that would be different lol
HS the tank is MADE for a full on shark mouth!! I would put the Red Eagles stuff on the fendes since it might be tricky for any more shark stuff out there anyway.
Good luck to you both and stay safe, I have only laid one over a few times and am ( physically lol ) relatively unscathed :D

Ture enough Boomer.
I had thought of just using ideas from the Hawg and model after a 75th jet.
Wasnt sure how far I want to go with the idea, as I wouldnt want it to become overly ridiculous if you know what I mean.
