Hey guys thought you would like this amazing pic of a storm forming in the atlantic. It is very far out and well developed. Not a tropical depression yet but if this baby gets its act together--well I dont want to be in its cross hairs. the pic can be found at http://www.goes.noaa.gov/HURRLOOPS/huwvloop.html I hope those Airforce crews find this thing a state of decline when they fly out there. |

Well guys it is time to swim again. I think by Friday everyone including Bell Chase, will be leaving town. Especially if this thing continues to stregthen and turn north. New track on this puppy. http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/ftp/graphics/AT ... 0258W5.gif Just a picture of how it is growing up. http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/DATA/RT ... -loop.html note it has gain 25 mph in winds in less than 8 hours. Thank God for the Air Force Reserve hurricane hunters. Until they flew out there no thought this was much a storm--wrong. By the way the her name is Claudette--gonna kick our ass out of spite for such pittiful name. |
