Okay, now that I watched it...

...someone want to explain what the hell is going on here? Why the Matrix theme in the beginning and end, and then all this extremely bad muslim driving? Am I missing something?

That's an event they hold over there once a year. Believe it or not, it's legal, and no one really gets mad if you run into their car, lol.
