All the more reason to effectivly close off the border with mexico. Purportedly A/Q uses it as a route into the United States. Similiar to the infiltrations into Russia, but they get in by bribing the Military & Police. In fact the group that took over the hospital in Buddenovsk that was led by Shamil Basayev himself did intend it to be a road trip to Moscow, but they ran out of money before getting there. |
