Glad you guys are good in N.O. I'm stuck here on Keesler riding out the storm in the schoolhouse. Just a giant slumber party so far. Went down stairs to get some reception on my cell and watched the light poles in the parking lot swaying in the breeze! We'll see what happens tomorrow. Maybe my car will have survived! (Probably not)

Although it looks like the "Eye" will graze us I'm not too worried about it. I'll keep everyone as informed as I can.

Absolutely no damage here, but hearing of flodding and damage within 25 miles of here in lower parishes. Mostly from tidal surge.

Now it is time to watch for the looters.

Weasel hope you are ok, gulf shores got the direct hit not mobile bay so let hope mobile in not flooded.

So far the storm has killled 7 in florida due to tornados.
