I was boiling mad when I saw this picture ... until a Ceremonial Guard Officer friend of mine told me that this is protocal. The ... (I'm trying damned hard not to speak ill of the dead, so, I will leave this blank) ... was a Head of State, recognized even by Israel. Protocal demands that he be given a proper send off.
