How does it feel in the hand? How does it carry? How does it shoot? How well does the laser show up in day light? How do you like the sights? Any plans to make any adjustments to it? ETC?

Looks sharp enough.

Yes, it is my newest addition.

I have already modified the bejesus out of it, not even sure what else i could do to it at this point. :)

The LCP .380 is basically an improved Kel Tec P3AT. It's very small, light, and fits the hand very nicely. I added the laser and the +1 mag extension and all the bright colored lettering.

Here's a pic of a stock LCP, for comparison:
