OK, on the off chance that no one is sick of looking at this picture yet, here's a new wrinkle: I decided to try and repaint the hog in Ghost Grey, just to see what would happen. Anyone like this better than the Lizard camo?

I cant help it. Crew chiefs...........we are so funny like that. Our jet could sit on a rail car headed for scrap and it wold still be the pride of the fleet.

Your Damn Skippy Hawg! Hell I work Comm now but all of my computer desktops are of my old jet! Funny how things work that way!

By the way, that does look better in the gray IMO.

Some of you know that I cross-trained almost a year ago into Comm. Well today I got a phone call from someone with E-mail problems (yeah I know). Well, we have a program that allows us to log into a person's computer and see/control/etc. everything that happens. Well I log in and on the outsides of his Outlook window I see what looks like Hawg tips. So I close his E-mail and sure enough it's Fritz's pic as his desktop. So we get to talking while I'm fixing his stuff and it turns out he was an A-10 Crew Chief at Nellis & Bentwaters! Small world huh. Even here at Fairchild, I meet people that have been associated with the jet!

You might be a "Bulldog" if: You bend over and grab your ankles when you hear: "EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE!"

*** Apologies for the hi-jack ***

Weasel,

Are you talking about Radmin? We used to be able to run it in 'Stealth' mode, where the user wasn't aware we had visibility/control.

Boy did we have some fun watching some of our users 'recreational surfing habits' <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>...

Unfortunately HR got involved and after quoting some sort of EU human rights BS we had to switch to 'acknowledged control' where the user has to confirm that a remote take-over is about to happen.

You're born, you keep your head down and you die. If you're lucky...

Similar program. Ours is called Dameware. It doesn't have a "stealth" mode because it automatically pops up a message with my name and what computer I am on, onto the users screen.
