Thats another \"Great Myth \" that Ladder Doors \" were enter changeable with the same block Aircraft [bs]
Go Canx a Ladder Door off the \"Canx\" bird [shock] [mad] [bs] [cuss]

Kind of like \"Putting Wash bottles from a 80 bird into another 80 bird\"
ask Billy \"It dont work that way\" he saw what it took us to put them in for Combat missions, but we were told \"Oh just line up the brackets their the same\" [bs]

Every jet was just a \"Little different depending on what time of the year it was built.

Ladder doors were \"Trimmed and fitted for each jet\" after a few years Like alot of you know on one jet it was \"OK' the next jet either wide gaps or too big.

Some parts werent made to be Canx'ed

The subject of the diverter came up at work about a week ago, and one of the newer guys in the flight said it was on the jet at Sheppard (he was at Sheppard until early 06).

It was definitely on the jet outside when I was there in 2000-2001.

Goose: What are you talking about!? A little speed tape, some elbow grease and a spray can and one door can ride on any A-10! [lol]

The A-10's differ per building year!? Oh no... Ehm... are there also slight differences in the shapes of the wings? The nose cone? If so, then I can trash my model again as I have used different jets in my reference pictures and tweaked them to force them to be consistent :/ ...

Warthoger,

Dont panic, what we're talking about is like Car parts, the car is the same kind, but over the years they look the same but they change the way some parts fit or new MODs to it.
You wouldn't know unless you had to work on it.
So your model is just fine unless your going to put \"Antenna's, sensors ,\" stuff like that too but the shape and look is still the same.

Yeap slight mod's , most people wouldn't even notice them unless you've worked on the aircraft for a number of years. It's like jackb said in the thread about the intake color, it's something that catches your eye and your first thought is .. hmmm something doesn't look right about this
