Anyone in the "Bootheel" area of Missouri might want to check out a show in Cape Girardeau this weekend. Show is today and tomorrow. Sorry for late posting, I heard they were having one but was never told when. My Pop sent me the info this morning! Pop's always a little late. He said 2 Hogs flew by when he was in Cape in the last couple days, he is there alot only living about 35 miles away. The show website shows the West Coast Demo team performing? I would think maybe the East Coast team would be there being here in the Heartland, oh well. Heres a link for anyone interested! http://www.capeairfestival.com/ In looking at the "performers" page it shows the West Coast Team picture of Hogs on Ramp. Only Pope's demo team has the teeth. If they are performing together, then the DM pilots are just borrowing a plane from Pope since Poe is physically closer to the show. Assault is a type of behavior, not a type of rifle. |

Thanks Jack! I thought it would be Pope and only Pope having the teeth we all love so much. The photo was misleading then. If its Pope guys there, and if if was possibly my old bird on the demo, I'd take a trip to the house this afternoon and head to Cape tommorrow for the show! My Dad is heading that way......I think thats where I got my love of flight from! |
