Nothing earth shattering, but I saw this picture in today's European version of the <i>Stars & Stripes</i> and thought I would share it with everyone... <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v82/M2_patches/HeritageFlight.jpg" border=0> Sorry, I couldn't get the tail number from the pic. I think omly DM's commanders jets have the white stab cap with the sword on it. And thats an awful awful awful poker face. Assault is a type of behavior, not a type of rifle. |

Those Heritage Flights are a sight to behold, we had one at Fairford a couple of weeks back with an F-15 from the East Coast Demo in formation with a P-51 of The Fighter Collection at Duxford, the '51 was driven by the very excellent Ed.....or should that be Sir Ed? Shipley. Remember seeing a P-47 and A-10 in formation at the Bentwaters show in 1991. |

I think that's 80-206. And jackb is part right. The CC's and the Demo jets have the white stab caps. And 206 is Demo. You might be a "Bulldog" if: You bend over and grab your ankles when you hear: "EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE!" |
