Thought I'd share some recent opportunities I've had to photograph the mighty A-10.

First up are a few Nellis based jets, including a couple of the Guard A-10Cs out there on test/developement duties, note the targeting pods, Litening III and Sniper XR.

Is that Hawg in the last photo loaded with MK-82s on TERS....don't see that very often. :shock:

They look like BDU-50's to me Dice. Mk-82 trainer bombs. 500 lbs of concrete with a Mk-82 tail. When I was loading at DM in the late 70's we loaded them like that pretty regularly, but the down side was haveing to swap out TER's. We had a bunch set up with the adapters for the BDU-33's, and another bunch that were normal TERs. At least we didn't have to swap the cables. :D

we got a bunch back in baltimore. Bunch of new sims to play with to help with avionics fam also.
