I'm working on a t-shirt design and need a picture of the A-10 with the speed brakes in the open position. The photo should be High Rez. (min 3000 px x 3000 px or 10 in x 10 in) from a head on position, showing the entire width of the aircraft. I’ve searched though the af.mil photos, as well as my own collection with no luck. If anyone knows where I might be able to find on please pm me. I am willing to purchase the photo as long as I have the rights to reproduced it into a silhouette of the aircraft.

Thanks

Jack, if you could that would be great... I guess the best time to take it would be during a launch, or if you can get it during maint. with the breaks open would be fantastic. Rembember High Rez... the highest you can get the better.

Hit me up on AIM if you get a chance...

I forgot to bring my camera today and didn't realize it until I was already on base. No big deal, We had to remove 2 ailerons anyway today, so I'll write down to remember my camera and do it on Monday.

Top Gun, Thanks, JackB was unable to get the photo up in AK but this one would work perfect. I've saved the high rez photo and I'll pm you prior to working with the image.

I'll admit, it's been a few years since I've worked the Hawg, or even seen EOR duty, but I don't ever recall seeing an A-10 Launch with it's speed breaks open.Image Recovery might be a better time, especially if you can stage at the launch end of the runway and catch it as it approaches the apron. The big problem would be that at that point they are usually pretty nose high. Might make a head on shot really tough unless the pilot is in on the shot and is willing to pose the bird for you.

No no no, during the \"Launch Procedures\" ie verifying the movement of the flight controls. Speedbrakes clear partial, clear full, clear to cycle, clear closed. [lol]

Those make pretty good shirts, action shots. I have a long sleeve I bought from cafeexpress awhile back with the Hog and a CC on the back launching a jet.
I wore that thing until it fell apart, but the graphic never faded.

Put it on the Light Grey T-shirts ,it'll look great.

Billy some of those pictures you sent me would make great T-shirts too.

I just got an email from them that they are charging $3 more if you print on both sides. Just a heads up. :(

Yeah Goose they would, but I tried that once, posting a few of them here, and I got \"The Official Secrets Act\" thrown in my face.
