A nice shot of a \"new\" A-10 flying with an F-100. Sad to see you guys lose your Hawgs after almost 30 years Billy but, I guess that's life, right Goose? Remember the good times (and bad I guess) and stay involved with the A-10 community as much as you like....I do and haven't worked in the A-10 world in over 2 years...damn has it been that long already?? I posted this in 1024X768 (100DPI) so anyone who wants to can use it as a wallpaper.

Goose Man o Man........Definately crewed by someone with a "twitch"! Okay.....and be honest here......how many of us DID NOT use the "beating off stroke" method, and just sucked the damn tube? So of course the other obvious question along with this one is, how many sucking the tubes ended up with a swollen.burned tongue once or twice? |

I siphoned it out, or used the \"Stick the tube in as far as you could and put your thumb over it. Dip again until full.\" method Never the \"Stroke Off\" method, couldn't do it. I have question I know were off subject, what the Hell. How many of you to this day don't have any feeling in the top of your thighs from leaning on the cowls taking SOAPS? After awhile I couldn't feel the heat anymore and to this day I can stick my injection in my upper thigh and never feel the needle and its \"1 1/2\" long thats the best part Goose |

The first two F-15's showed up today. Actually one showed up, the second one didnt get off the ground about ten miles from our base at Westover AFB with a canopy issue. |

That is a Great picture. You use to see them every once in a while Flying XC going to Florida TAFB for I hate to say it (D----) I think it was 87 I'll have to ask \"Mack\" we had 1 come thru England AFB during a T-Strom one evening IFE \"Cabin Pressure Loss\" he was trying to climb over the T-Cell and didn't make it. He landed fine, got out walked around with T/A and the next thing the T/A guys said \"He Got the Bends\" so bad they raced him to Barksdale AFB the only \"Chamber\" around but he died in Transit. The pilot was a \"Retired Hun Driver \" from Nam. It stayed on the ramp for almost a month before the \"Civilian Techs\" came and got it on a truck. |
