Thank you for sharing the pictures and link. Question: Below the pictures of the Nose-arts i see a transport plane with nice colors on the tail. Where is that plane come from? |

Dutchy Do you mean this pic?
It's a Boeing KC-767 aerial refueling tanker of the Italian Air Force. Boeing has two KC-767s in flight test for the Italian Air Force while building two additional tankers for the customer. The Italian tankers feature an advanced aerial refueling boom with a remote aerial refueling operator (RARO) station, as well as wing pod and centerline hose-and-drogue systems. They recently set a \"milestone\" by having the first 767 transfer fuel to another 767 on 17 December over northern Kansas... Cheers! M2 |

I was too busy concentrating on that wonderful aeronautical design in the foreground to worry about the gas hauler in the background Dice said it right, I would have liked a few quotes etc to go with the great photo's. |
