Hey guys... year is 2018 in movie but airplane is prog'd to 2028. Kinda funny if you think about it.

Anyway.... on You Tube but here is the AVI if you want it.

Awesome clip! My favorite scenes from the movie all at once.
I wasn't able to tell in theatres, but since I can pause on the computer, that looks like an A-model glareshield. It was hard to tell though.

lol, I hadn't noticed the missing HUD. Now that's low-tech. Definitely not gonna make things easier.

How is that one A-10 going down just with a \"Wing tip\" Hit\" in the first Action sceen??
He's still using his flight controls, so why would his \"Chaff/Flare Station\" cuse him to have a \"Bad Day??

I don't get it? But they Sure know How to \"Screw up alot of Stuff don't they when they go in Hot\" [lol] :wink:

Its so funny the way airplane guys and gals pic apart movies. I remember when we saw a premier of Top Gun at the Lynnhaven Mall back in I think 86. The showed it to the F-14 guys before it actually opened. What a hoot. How many of the people here were Lawn Dart weenies when that horrible horrible Iron Eagle came out ?

Thats the Diff from a \"Pose'er and \"The Real World\" Guys.

Look at that movie with Mel. Griffin and Denzel Washington (I can't remember the title) where in the Gulf War She was being put in for the CMH,(After she is Dead)

And the Show those A-10's Dropping \"Naplam\"?

Might as well \"Ejected an Engine off the Pylon\" it would Killed a few. :idea: :wink: :wink:

Now we all know that MIG 32's look like F-5's painted Black and has Guns coming out of the Engine Intake, so What was Wrong with Top Gun???

Hey , OPSEC you guys Know the first A-10's like the one they used in the Movie they used as a Prop. They all used the \"New Helmet Technology made for the Aurora Thats why they didn't have HUDS so SHHHHHHHHHH\"

We don't need to let that one out of the \"Bag\" You know like the F-117's they made in the 70's the A-10 was using all that \"Advanced stuff\" until it got $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

So don't let anyone know.
