Weasel, I got the flims and the small one is one of the pre-production aircraft during gun fire testing. It contains about three mins of footage and is classic.

The second one is of Bentwaters AFB deploying for the first time to Sambach Germany which would be their FOL through-out the 70s/80s, great footage but no sound.

I'm going to try an get LM to convert these to DVD also. Thanks a lot of classic A-10 footage well woth keeping!

Ugly but well hung!

Hey Dice Sembach was only one of the FOL's for the 81st. There were at least 4 that I can think of. Sembach, Alhorn, Liphiem(sp), and Norvinch(sp).

Fender
Hands clear. All switches off, safe or normal. Gun hot or cold? No limit, you bet.

There were actually six FOLs. The four listed plus Jever in the north and Wiesbaden in the south.

I wouldn't mind a copy of what you have. Could I send you something for your trouble? Do you have a PayPal account? Let me know, either way. Thanx in advance!
