Can some tell me if this design of a secret weapon of the luftwaffe (Junker) is a real design or just a joke? <img src="http://www.luft46.com/junkers/3bjgap.gif" border=0> At some points it looks so damn close to the A-10. I can't find many info about this project which is calles unnamed Junker. ...nobody can tell for sure, but the drawing on luft46.com is taken from a very good researched book called "geheimprojekte der luftwaffe/3" which means "Secret Projects of the luftwaffe". Thnx, the fact is i can't find any more info about this secret plane, so that's a bit strange I've surfed the whole internet... but no other matches to this plane... Damn they look ugly...... I know the IL40P.... are they both CAS aircrafts? they were both designed as CAS jets. But the decision was made for the Su-25 Frogfoot. Homer: Kids, you tried your best, and you failed miserably. The lesson is: never try! |
