That is a nicely detailed model, down to the crosses on the vertical fins that mark the accelerometer locations for flutter flight testing. The tall fins look a little more stylish to me too. Did I say stylish? Pardon me. I meant puposefull and functional. I can't see, but does it have the flight test pods on the B.L. 23 stations and the low Light Level TV on the Pave Penny pylon? |

The kit doesn't include any of the external avionics -- a major detriment since clear, good photos are not easy to come by. If someone has scratch-built them, please post photos and dimensions. I have some old photocopies of pictures (some are official FRC pictures) but they're very tough to figure out dimensions from. |
