Ohh!! I did the Thanksgiving & Christmas 2003, and New Years 2004 in Bagram. I sure am gonna miss those deployments....<img src=newicons/anim_lol.gif border=0 align=middle>! Majormadmax: Thats an extremely old pic of "The Bag"! That was around my first trip there in 2002. It's a little more like LOLA at Nellis now. Weasel- It was exactly a year ago today I started my journey to Afdustistan. giving serious thought to spending summer '05 there. I managed to avoid the chinooks- got a 1 hour tour of the area and Kabul in a Blackhawk, though!<img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle> Max- Took some pretty hard looks myself...didn't hurt a bit!<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> I hope she does, yojimbo! There was precious little else to look at over there.
