God, my memory is shite lately... I was having lunch with a bud whose wife is a Brit. He was telling me she is from the area around RAF Alconbury, and that a while back she even dated an A-10 driver from the 10 TFW. He said the guy put her name on the nose of his a/c during DESERT STORM I, and for the life of me I can't remember it exactly but I thought it was something like 'Annabelle II'. Now, I don't need to know the gouge on the Hog driver, but I was wondering if anyone had a pic of the aircraft from the 10 TFW that flew in STORM I that was named after a pilot's British girlfriend?!? I guess it was later a 23 TFW jet, as a pic of it from Google shows it with the famous tiger teeth... <img src="http://www.af.mil/media/photodb/photos/031204-F-1545M-069.jpg" border=0> <i>(If the pic doesn't work, try http://www.af.mil/media/photodb/photos/ ... 5M-069.jpg .
