I don't know if anyone is interested but I got a "GOOD" feeling before I left for the land of Horrido that we'll have a Hog over 10,000 hours before 2005. I know there was a big deal made about the jet at Pope breaking 9,000 hrs but does anyone know if they'll do the same for this jet? Dice we've talked about the "chase to 10,000" between my old jet and the ex-Squadron CC's Bird. Any idea who we need to tell to get some publicity on this? |

Weasel, I would say your local PA office and you may want to email either the AF or ACC website(a) to see if they may be interested. I can also ask the PA office here at Hill if they may want to do something. BTW has your jet been through SLEP1 yet, this may be a good angle for a story....you know first SLEP aircraft to go over 10,000 hours. Ugly But Well Hung |

Well Dice the 2 jets in question have NOT gone through SLEP yet! I'll send an e-mail to my friends at the base. I think we need a little more publicity on our babies as it is! "SSgt stripes coming July 2K5!" |
