It says 75-0300 is an ex-358 bird now at AMARC, and 75-0274 is at DM.
It also says 78-0608 is at Boise.

Cheers! M2

That brings up a bit of trivia. When did the ACES II seat get phased in over the Escapac? There can't be many 1E-9 equipped A-10s.

It's actually painted as 78-0648, but I'm pretty sure it was originally a/c 100. Most of the stuff we pilfered out of that static display says a/c 100. I might be wrong, but I thought the 648 staitc was a tribute to the mid air collision back in eighty's. I'm sure Dice could answer this. If look at the this website http://www.mabarn.ang.af.mil/A-10%20Pics.htm. The picture clearly shows 648.

Good memory Kungfu! 78-0648 crashed in Sept 1986, the aircraft you have on a stick is 79-0100.

Damn Billy thats low! Nobody will ever top that piece of shit ever again. I tracked 608 and it came up here...

78-0608 ID A-10A A10-0228 Boise AT i/a aug96 mar04 ID ANG without engines

Here is where 79-100 stands as of today.

79-0100 MB A-10A A10-0364 Westfield-Barn pre may94 jan04 as '78-0648' nov98

**If I remember correctly, 79-100 suffered a hard landing or some sort of mishap down at Myrtle Beach and soon after she was brought up to Barnes where is stands as a memorial today. Does this sound right?**

No cookies or coffee cake for you next week! You'll have to take it up with Momma Mangini this time!

Aircraft 78-0648 was in a midair collision with 78-0620 in 1987. One pilot was killed, the other pilot ejected safely. Aircraft 79-0100 at Massachusetts ANG, Westfield,MA on the gate pedestal marked as 78-0648. This aircraft was inherited from Myrtle Beach AFB, SC when the base closed. It was used there as a ground trainer. The serial number was changed as a memorial to the pilot who lost his life. You gotta love the internet when you're bored during the winter!

I'll make the correction of Sept 1986, I'm sure Dice is more accurate than the internet!

How about no more Scooby or Scrappy references ever again! He has been wiped away from our lives and we will never ever have to deal with his antics or stupidity ever again.
