Well, Christmas is over but I am still looking for A-10 "presents" to myself. Today I found two of the three diecast models below, the "peanut" paint job and the Flying Tiger...

They are 1:100 scale, so about 5 1/2" in length, and obviously the paint schemes are far from correct...the Bentwaters one (WR) at the bottom has an 'AFRES' logo on the engine cowl and the crawdad noseart from 'Chopper Popper,' the A-10 flown by Capt Robert Swain when he shot down a Iraqi Bo-105C helicopter. I actually already had that model, I bought it off eBay a long time ago sight unseen. I had to "clip" the GUA-8 on all three, it stuck out like the refueling boom on the prototype!

Cheers! M2

Isn't the one the "JAWS" paint? Thought the "Peanuts" was more shades of brown, similar to the Euro. What company are these from?

So, you have trouble. We all have trouble. Build a bridge and get over it.

Looks great!
What's up with the Navy nose gear though?

Yeah, you're right, my bad.

The company is called RealToy Wings, and you can do a search on that name and A-10 and find a few distributors on-line.
