I keep an eye on A-10 items on EBay and sometimes the item descriptions make me chuckle. This morning I saw an A-10 print which was described as a picture of an A-10 from Ellsworth AFB SD. Of course I looked at the print and it was an A-10 from England AFB LA. I know that Ellsworth’s tail code is EL today but this just shows the person who’s selling the item doesn’t have a clue about the item he/she is selling. Also saw an AF Reserve challenge coin being sold as a “recruitment” coin. I know not everyone knows about the item(s) they are selling but, where do they get the stuff not to know anything about them….yard sales or something? <img src=newicons/anim_lol.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/anim_lol.gif border=0 align=middle> Ugly But Well Hung |

£39.99 = $77.19 at today's rate (courtesy of the BeNeLux Finance Office) Plus, how much for s&h? I always am leery when they don't say... Cheers! M2 |

I don't buy much on ebay, but once I bought a gameboy that didn't have the shipping listed. I ended up paying 8 dollars for the gameboy and 16 for the shipping! Shirley Manson is freakin' hot! |

my wife is selling a lot of our baby stuff on ebay. Nornally the way it's set up is if you live in the US, there is a shipping calculator. You would see our zip code and enter yours and get a rate. We get a lot of request from Canadian folks, they have to send us their zip code and we need to figure it out. That's normally why shipping is stated up front. Our first couple of sales we got burned in freight charges by stating $5 for each item. When the freight is higher, you end up paying for it. You can email the seller and have them give you an estimate on frate, they will just need your zip code. TG out <img src="http://www.x-plane.org/home/topgun/Personnel/A10logo.jpg" border=0> |
