As I gear-up for my favorite holiday of the year, Halloween, I’ve been reviewing my files to see what goodies I have for the season. Of course I have a number of stories about aircraft 666 and I will be updating that page for the holidays, I have the story of Catt Gray and hanger1, now I have Goose’s story of his jet from Desert Storm.
Anyone else have a “unexplained” story dealing with the A-10?

Also I’ve seen a number of pictures of Santa flying the A-10 (at least taxing) but have never seen the “old serpent” riding a Hawg. Any of guys/gals get the chance a picture of Satan at the controls of an A-10 would make a good, although not politically correct, wallpaper for Oct. <img src=newicons/saevil.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/saevil.gif border=0 align=middle>

Dice, somewhere, amongst piles of "stuff", I have a pic of one of our pilots (who shall remain nameless because he's now an O-6) with his infamous Darth Vader mask. He used to take it cross country when we first got the hog..scare the hell out of the TA guy coming up the ladder. I don't know if there's enough time between now and Halloween to find it but I'll look.
