Nice Smitty, you to Dice. To bad he wasn't here from day one of this post to really start chiming in on the subject.
The A-10 better never go away as far as I am concerned. I am not really looking forward to all the BS that I will have to go through as an avionics type when PE hits. Yet, I figure that as long as it keeps the jets flying for another 20 years it will be worth the small headaches I will have to experience. I know all the grunts on the battlefield will agree with me on that also.

Crew chiefs get it done.........but Specs have all the fun!!!!!!!!!!!

As a former A-10 AFET with more than a few years on the jet, my experience around a bunch of A-10 maintainers has been to listen often and speak little. And when you do speak you know exactly what your talking about.
