Dice,

at what screen resolution did you design it ?

It looks like 800x600 to me.
When watching it with 1024x768 pixels, the smaller page appears on the left side of the screen.

It might be me though.....

No doubt the new design looks great !<img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>

It's not you I did design to 800X600 and at higher screen rezs the page will be pushed to the left. The reason I use 800X600 is because this old man (me) runs his computer at that rez and I believe a big part of my vistors (military types) run at that rez also.

Okay Dice, thanks for explaining.

I had it at 800x600 for years but lately switched over to 1024 x 768 which works better for Adobe Photoshop software.

I thought I was just drinking to much and leaning to the left. I glad someone cleared that up.

I can center the pages for higher rezs but, I think having it left adds a little something different to the site.

Dice,

Another trick you might consider trying is instead of using a set size for your table, use percents. A table set to 100% would look the same no matter what size res your vistors are using. Of course that would mean changing all table / tr's / td's accordingly.

Another couple of suggestions to save you on load time / file size and bandwidth - combine the jpg images your rotating at the top into an animated gif file, it will produce the same result while decreasing file size, same goes for the new images you have added to the top of the site, combine those four images into one jpg image.

capche-capche da - we go forward together

Hitler, all good suggestions and I'm working on turning the pictures into a single JPEG but, I have to figure-out my new graphics program, this was/is only a test page.

Problem with using percents is the graphics I'm using doesn't support it. I would have to break the main graphics up and make one small part expanable which I'm not sue I can do, I'll look at it first chance I get.

Thanks Engineguy I do put a lot of work into it. The site has come a long way...started with a free service back in 1998 and now have my own .com site.

The site would not be want it is today without the A-10 community and all the people who have sent stuff into me.

Dice I like it much better with the new alignment. It makes it easier to read, for me anyway. Keep up the great work. BTW some of our guys are coming out for Hammer in a few weeks. I tried like heck to get the boss to let me go however he said no way.

Thanks for the feedback Fender, I kinda' like it better myself and that's why I posted here in the first place, I knew you guys would give me some good advice.

It would have been nice if you could have made it out but, hey, I'm not going anywere anytime soon so maybe next time.
