With all te BS coming out about eminent domain, airliners being rerouted or a butter knife being found, people still being treated like they're checking into prison when they go through airport security, and the like in government; I've come to a sad conclusion.

Of the ten amendments to the US Constitution that make up the "Bill of Rights," Amendments I, IV, V, and X are now for all intents and purposes null and void.
