I had a problem yesterday with a letter from my Girls.
It scanned clean,both thru Yahoo anti-virus plus my own Anti-Virus but everytime I tried to open it it KILLED THE PUTER!
Imean like right then!no shut down process just like a power
DUMP!
I ran it threw a couple of other programs and not one said it was infected and didnt loose anything in the puter
Just killed it so after the 3rd time I destoryed it
My firewall didnt even show anything and its GOOD!

You ever seen that happen before ?

I have a $2,300 Gateway, stuff like that happens fequently ( yes the Yahoo stuff ). I get a shuttdown sometimes when I try to open or close a CD tray. Been going on ever since I got the cursed thing. When I get some more $$$ together I'm replacing it with a top of the line DELL and I'm going to blast this Gateways brains out with my guns and sell it on Ebay just to embarrass Gateway.

I noticed with the Yahoo reinstalled its been acting up,but I can IM now again with folks.
Met just get Netscape again.
