Job hunting that is.

As of noon on March 30, I was officially laid off. Man this sucks. So I'm back to hitting the bricks and the books, in order to keep a roof overhead and vittles in the cubbard.

While my most resent back ground is drafting, the current market is satuated with draftsmen right now. The problem is that most companies are now telling their engineers to do their own drafting as AutoCAD has made drafting soooooo easy. So, I'm first going to work up training programs to start teaching handgun and rifle classes as an independant instructor, but I only see that as part time at best. I'm also continuing my school work in Business Management, and I am also looking for courses in GIS, (Geographic Information Systems). This is a program that's been around for some time but is really beginning to weave it's way into the fabric of most businesses. I already have a good working knowledge of the program and it's not that much of a stretch from drafting. I'm also looking for a supervisory or small unit management, as another way to go.
