speaking of dropping stuff other than bombs, did you hear, the US Army is looking at using recce UAVs to drop meds/blood to injured troops behind enemy lines! Sounds cool to me.

Damn, that's a great idea.

Boomer, we can only hope some bean counter doesn't screw that up before it is adapted, it would be quite useful to guys on the wrong side of the FEBA ;)

they said they should be able to deliver a 60lb. load within 200 meters eventually, with a "beeper" for the troops to find it in the dark. I'm sure they can do better, but it's a good start.

I think so Goose with a lot of spare parts thrown-in. Did you notice the Pave Penny pod, the tires, or the "pull-tabs" on top of the engine?
