How I only hope when this is over and people start talking about “Transform” again that some remember how the thick heavy armor of the M-1 Abrams made the different between live and death in most of the land war! I just can not see a vehicle about the side and weight of a HMMWV taking the RPGs hits like the Abrams did. FOX had a story where some Abrams has as many as seven hits with RPGs and still keep on fighting. If we can not move the Abrams with 50 or 60 C-17s then build four or five hundred C-17s or more!
