Hello again Dice...

Well, I finally got those container you sent. Got them today. Of course, I'm leaving tomorrow. Don't you just love military mail. When did you send them? Wasn't it like 6 weeks ago or something heinous like that?

Oh well...

We're going home. The base is shutting down. All is well with the world.

And thanks for all the stuff. I handed it out to the pilots as they were stepping to the jets to head back home.

Crap I'm sorry it took so long and you guys could not have enjoyed the items when they were really needed but, as you say, that's military mail system. Yes it was about 6 weeks ago.

O'well we tried, I'm just glad you guys are on your way home! Spend some much deserved time with your family and friends and I will be talking to you soon I'm sure!

<S> to all the Hog drivers and maintainers, you have made us proud! <img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>

BTW thinking about it I would rather the boxes arrive to late because the war is over than have the war still be going on and you needed the items!

Ugly but well hung!

TG -

I hope you get this before you leave...let Fembot and Bambi know that I will be up to Battle Creek to pick up our jets this Monday...we will be leaving on Tuesday, 6 ship to the Grove. If luck works in our favor, the C-12 that will be dropping us off will make it back before you guys even get in on Monday, and then we can be there to meet you.

Looking forward to thanking each one of you individually for what you did over there. I will also get to give my two B course classmates the bottles I bought for them when they first went over there.

Glad to hear you guys are on your way back home, looking forward to it.

CJ

WE go through the opsec/comsec issue once every three months or so...don't see anything that gives up to much info...just my opinion...

Oh, the horror! To think I gave up the specifics of this classified mission, OEA (Operation Enduring Airshow).

I didn't use any specifics, to include specific names or times.

Even Miss Cleo's tarot cards could have predicted correctly that some consumption of beverages would take place among fighter pilots, so I don't see how that's an issue.

Since you obviously know our entire itinerary, feel free to come talk to me in person about this. We can do it over a beer, or if you prefer, I'll perform a reversal of your rectal-cranium inversion and while we're at it we'll get rid of that bug up your @$$.

Goose...if you read my post I agree with what you said...I said "don't see anything that gives up to much info" Arnie is new around here...everytime someone new comes around they always bring up the opsec/comsec issue...OPSEC/COMSEC isn't a factor for this thread...

Arnie you seem extraordinarily eager to get Air2Mud in trouble with a pile full of chicken sh*t. What did he do to piss in your cheerios?

1. Don't look conspicuous; it draws fire.
2. Never draw fire; it irritates everyone around you.

Koobster,

Glad to here that you'll be heading home sooner or later. More sooner I hope. Hey, you're not kidding about 987 being "gone to pieces". <LOL> I think we did a pretty good job on it and hope we didn't leave you too much work. Have a safe trip.

All of the stuff got sent up to Tallil and other ops locations. And I mean everything. They took our furniture, computers, power strips, everything. They even took our boxes of food and snacks and put them on the truck. Off they went.

Ummm Arnie...."The new guy" seems to be you.

Ya might want to hit double digit posts before you start screwing with established members(particularly those that the 'nazi hair trigger moderator' -me- is fond of).

Besides, Air2mudd is a helluva guy...for a Lootenant. ;)
