I use ~S~ for saluting. I joined one of those fleet com surface warfare online groups for multiplayer gaming a while back, and those nit wits all used ~S~, so it just stuck i guess.

What we need is a little saluting emoticon.

I'll get hold of Pete and see if i can't make that happen.
