We have had our laughs at criminals in the past but I must say we down here in New Orleans have the Dumbest in the Nation.

Seem our new Sheriff down here decided to get creative, and why work with these idiot--let them come to you. So he mailed out letters to former convicts who had warrants saying the Sheriffs office owed them money from their last visit to jail. Then the criminals just magically appeared at the jail.

Worst of all some showed up with baggies of pot on themselves. This is easier than shooting fish in a barrel
