You fight like you train, or so I was told. Pulling punches in practice will just lead to pulling punches when you shouldn't.


BR: Were you referring to the spot right over someone's heart, which is only partially covered by a person's chest bone? Punches work well there..and so does a line drive while working the pitching machine in a batting cage...<img src=icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle>

well luckily I'm not going to be doing any real fighting it's required class at VMI. I can seem to keep my hands up, or block or punch, or dodge, I'm just not a good boxer. knock one more dream off the shelf. But I will say I am less afraid of going to that class then I was about going to my survival swimming class, i.e. rat drowning class, If i wasn't afraid of the water before, now I am deafly afraid of water! but at least I can turn my BDU's into a helpful floatation device. And every know's how much fun it is to wear BDU's on a boating outing! <img src=icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_8ball.gif border=0 align=middle>
