I got a real BITCH ABOUT SOMETHING!
Now I'm not trying to be Racisit here or along that line but I just had a problem with my SLAN and had to call support because I was getting a "NON-REGESTORED" unit.No signal etc........
So I call support,You get the Normal
"Press 1 for this
Press 2 for that Etc.......
GET all technicans helping others your call will be Blah,Blah, -----
Bad elevator music and the Tech comes on, She is out of India,nice Lady but if anyone who knows me I can understand their english better than most without any trouble,but Her I couldnt hear her I asked her to speak-up, She would YELL, then she would repeat her request, again,Yell, then she was telling me a ID code, 192.etc...
Then she wanted me to copy these Letters ,Ok I couldnt understand her Alpha code she wasnt using our call signs like P is POPPA or PETER she used PEN, I asked her can you repeat I thought she said "Ben" but when she SAID B it was "Ben" so on, finally I asked for another operator which upset her,I told her I COULDNT UNDERSTAND HER,and it was probably "My Fault"(to be nice) so they gave me another operator who was even worst. I hung up and got the Tech manual out.
Why cant they have Americans doing this? The same for Credit Card companies. I really Hate it!
I fixed it myself finally,but really I know companies hire from over there to save money and they do have a Skilled work group,but when the Computer companies here sent the work over there not everyone can understand then,nor them us.
They so have to atleast give you the option of speaking to an operator here.
I'm really getting tried of it,and at times they get rude and act like "Cant you speak English?"
So thats my Rant for today,
