Ok,
I found out I had a DAMN Mole in my yard digging up my garage foundation.
I let the Dog loose on it but she couldnt find it because the little
"F-----) was under the slab.
Later on went outside with the Wife had the Dog digging looking for it and the Wife said "The Grounds moving"
I told her to "Stick that Spade into the run and cut it off!!"
Called in Super dog she went to work well the Wife takes the Spade out to help her.
WRONG! the little Shit goes back under the Slab.
After digging up about 70ft around I got my Trap out, its been giving me trouble lately but still works (I thought)
Got up Friday morning and went out and the "SHIT" had tunneled right under it and pushed it out without setting it off<img src=newicons/anim_cussing.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/anim_furious.gif border=0 align=middle>

So I took it to the "WT HANGAR" and stuck a screw driver in it to
"Set it off"! BAM! Ok now its safe<img src=icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>
Cleaned it with PB Blaster and then WD-45, washed it to get rid of the smell and then I put Silcone on the trip arm.
All done so I grabbed the trap by the Stake and relized I had the Screwdriver still in it so what does every Dumbass do<img src=newicons/idea.gif border=0 align=middle>
I pulled it out <img src=newicons/anim_shock.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/anim_shock.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/anim_cussing.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle>
It was keeping the trap from "FULLY " TRIPPING , I did too good of a Job cleaning it.
Stuck one of the Forks in my right hands Thumb<img src=newicons/anim_shock.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/anim_puke.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>
Lucky for me it was only just a 1/4 of an inch left of the travel.
So I looked at my hand throwing the trap down and watching ALL THIS BLOOD running out of my hand.
It took me a minute to figure out what happened so I used that
"Good Ole USAF " TRAINING and stopped the bleeding and washing it under COLD WATER.
Walked to the house and the wife was laying in bed and I said
"Good Morning you sleep good"?
She knew than something was up and saw the towel covered with Blood<img src=newicons/anim_shock.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/tard.gif border=0 align=middle>
So she jumped up started panicking I told her "Calm Dowm, it stopped bleding but I might need to see the Dr"
She calls him and he's going out of town and tells her to
"You tak him to ER,THEY FIX HIM"
Fine so she has to get dressed, comb hair ,make-up etc........
Hell I could be Dead by then.
So I call the ER,I told them what happened they tell me
"Unless it wont stop bleeding or thru your hand see your Dr"
I told them "He's gone until Tommorrow"
ER "You need a DPT booster" (Lockjaw whatever)
I said "Ok I'll be in" ER says "We dont do that here go to Public Health clinic.
So I call Public Health "You have insurance?'
Yes! they said "Go to your DR then"<img src=newicons/Whatever_anim.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/anim_cussing.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/bounce.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/tard.gif border=0 align=middle>
So I tell the wife "Just relax nobody wants to see me today I'll handle it till tommorrow"

She says the normal thing "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?'
I replied,"I wanted to see if PETA was right if it was inhumane, What the hell do you think"? It was an ACCIDENT!
sO ALL DAY i USE THE GOOD OLD PEROXIDE and keep it clean and put Neo sporne on it and the whole thing is swelling up.
I used ice packs etc........ and kept squeezing it to make sure all the dirt was out and to keep the wound open to boil it out.
Next Day Dr goes "That is BAD, you have infection you should have been here earlier"
(Like NO-SHIT) so he gives me Anti-botics but since my MS keeps my immune system out of wack it Kills EVERYTHING, gives me a case of Trush Mouth again<img src=icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>but have Meds already to take care of that.
So I'm stuck at home for a week, the swelling went down right away, infection is cleared up so is the Trush Mouth and the Dog got the Mole later that day and yesterday Got another one!
Man SHE HATES THEM THINGS!!!

So the Wife threw away my traps and I'm not allowed to play with things with "Sharp Forks" with springs.

So I guess I'll leave the Moles to "SUPER DOG!"<img src=newicons/anim_lol.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/anim_lol.gif border=0 align=middle>

Morale of the story, Just dont tell anyone because No-one really cares.

I have three of those spring loaded mole traps, had em for at leaste 5 years, never caught a single varmint in them. They go under it or around it or whatever but they almost never trip them. Our little Min-Pin dogs have caught three or four moles in the last 3 months. Leave it to mother nature, she knows what she's doing, leave the contraptions alone.
What the heck is "Trush Mouth"? Is it like Trash Mouth? Cause I know LOTS of people with that <img src=newicons/anim_lol.gif border=0 align=middle>

A 45 has a muzzle.
A 9mm has a bullet vent.

Glad you're OK, goose. Bet you ran with scissors as a child, too!<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

Here ya go, boomer:

<b>Thrush</b>

What Causes Thrush?

Thrush is an infection of the mouth caused by the candida fungus, also known as yeast. Candida infection is not limited to the mouth; It can occur in other parts of the body as well, causing diaper rash in infants or vaginal yeast infections in women.

What Causes Thrush?

Small amounts of the candida fungus are present in the mouth, digestive tract, and skin of most healthy people and are normally kept in check by other bacteria and microorganisms in the body. However, certain illnesses, stress, or medications can disturb the delicate balance, causing the fungus Candida to grow out of control, causing infection.

Thrush can affect anyone, though it occurs most often in babies and toddlers, older adults, and people with weakened immune systems. Examples of medications that upset the balance of microorganisms in the mouth include corticosteroids, antibiotics, and birth control pills. Illnesses or medical situations that make candida infection more likely to develop include uncontrolled diabetes, HIV infection, cancer, dry mouth, or pregnancy (caused by the hormonal changes that occur with pregnancy). People who smoke or wear dentures that don't fit properly also are at increased risk for thrush. In addition, babies can pass the infection to their mothers during breast-feeding.

While healthy children and adults can be effectively treated, the symptoms may be more severe and difficult to manage in those with weakened immune systems.

as for the story I am sorry I had to laugh my ass off and I am sure you will too with some distance from it. we need to call you willie e Goose. lol

Take care man watch out for infection. DONT keep using peroxide in deep wound for long time it will actually slow the healing if the wound is deep.

Matt,

I been laughing about it thats why I put it up here<img src=newicons/anim_lol.gif border=0 align=middle>

Everytime I have to go on Anti-botics I get Difulcin(?) Yes to you guys Who have been married or whatever its given to Women to take care of Yeast infections.

2 courses of action to Cure it.
1. take 1 pill and it goes away in a day or too
2. Use medicated mouth wash ,wait until your done with the Antibotics course,Take DRY WASH RAG and place in you mouth and pull it out!!!!
Takes the growth off your tongue and cheeks and leaves red exposed areas that make it so you can "BEAR THE MOUTH WASH"!!!
Talk about something you'd rather get a smashed hand instead of.

Its not a fun thing, its embrassing but I can catch it as soon as I notice the first hint.

If you ever get it, TELL YOU WANT THE PILL for yeast infection dont play with that Damn Medicated 10 day treatment.

My hand feels fine and has scabbed over.

Boomer I've nailed Dozens of moles in those things I just must of bent this one or something.
But the Dog is better at it.

I did use the "Snipe's" way last year layed on my belly at about 15 yrs with my 17HMR the little bastard was making a Big mound thru the scope I could see him pushing it up at the very top.
he was about 15" off the ground and I timed my shot just right so when he got to the very top FIRED!
Dirt all over, and so was the mole <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> I found a part of it about 8 ft away.
I've used the .12gau method too only if you dont mind getting dirt in your face.
