After working in a casino in Vegas for 16 years, I could care less who watches me work. You knew you were under the watchful eye of someone at all times and could give a shit less unless you werent doing what you were supposed to be doing.

I also know 1st hand how some react to being watched as I was doing the watching alot of times! LOL

Then I'm Gulity as charged, I have nothing to hide but the point is
this "Why does the Goverment need to know?"
I get tried of people asking when you go into the Doctor or filling out forms that ask
"Do you own a Firearm?"
"What is your sexual Preffance?"
"Do you feel threatened by the world around you?"
etc.................

Its NONE OF THEIR Business !

You dont have to read me my rights anymore?
Your Cell phone has a chip in it that tracks your where abouts,
Only supposed to be used by 911 (yeah,I believe that one)
The stuff you buy has tag's in it that track your spending habits etc...
The "National Drivers License " supposed to prove your a citizen but will have alot more info then your driving record.
Look at your Privacy "Booklets" you get from Doctors,Credit Card companies etc...
The only person who cant get your Info Is yourself,everyone and their brother can the list is so long.

I have nothing to hide they can knock their socks off.
But Is it me or is that WAY TO MUCH POWER for anyone in Goverment to have which as you know Can and will or is already being used
for purposes that it wasnt meant for?

I think that certain people are over looking that part.

Freedom is what were fighting for in Iraq is the line, but Freedom here seems to be chipped away alittle at a time Here.

So Thats the way I feel, not knocking the way you feel its your right but its my right to feel the way I do.

While I have nothing to hide(at the moment), there will be a day when the gov't decides to outlaw something you believe in very strongly and that used to be perfectly legal (guns next maybe?). In my opoinion it will be religion soon as well.

And if they know you were doing it or had it when it was legal, they will know who to come after once it is outlawed. And if they have a plan to outlaw something in the future (like freedom itself, it seems), they can start monitoring it before hand to have a database once it's game time. All in the name of "useless information" for now. It isn't quite here yet. But it is coming....look at New Orleans when the hurricane hit. 1st thing they went for was the guns, even legally owned ones.

As for me, I'll keep the foil hat for now..... <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Oh, and by the way, if you're with the gov't monitoring this board, hello. Now go away.

Here play with this for a while. Having the Feds watching blogs will seem like childs play. I know there are many more out there. If all your lost privacy bothers you that cool it is your right I to worry about the availability of this information but think of all the information that has saved lives,protected our familys and our contry our way of life.
