On a Dutch news site was said that a local journalist, at Fallujah were the plane crashed, told that the pilot died. Until now is this the only news what I read about it.

Dutch news had it wrong, CNN and AF.mil sais "pilot is missing"

For 3 years I tried to find the Turntables in the F-16DJ..Our WSO's were just as confused.

So why the "DJ" Disco Jammer?????
