Thanks Guys,
Justice goes to those who can afford it. Been a 1 Year Legal battle.
... it helps to have Incriminateing Photos, Witness reports, Church Clergy Viepoints, And people ive served with through the years, Even When I was a Dog-Robber For Gen. H.
The Dissapointing aspect with Me having a Flying career in the Heavies, Is that I could not take custody of the 2 younger children that are under the age of 12. My teenager on the other hand according to Court opinion does not require the level of supervision.
I was actually Impressed that becasue of the delay in the Hearings that my Airline Sent 1 Of their attorneys (Japanese) to assist in the Case, to speak on my behalf according to my Work schedule and Abilities of being a Involved parent. And most importantly japanese culture and law.
It was wonderful watching the Exwife pulling all these little sympathies, that she could speak english ( so she had a translator) She tried Filing false accusations, So the State Child Protective Service Investigation Began. She lost on all fronts, and is now being charged for the false Accusations.
Watching the Japanese Attorney Destroy her for 7 days of court Was worth every Career path decision Ive made in my life.
It is a difficult Life of a service man, Including one as a Commissioned officer with Duties that take you away from home for late hours and Work related travel and deployments, 18 Years of that with a Spouse that refused to Drive(no drivers license), and Hid herself away from friends, family and other support systems, as well as the Squadron wives really compunded the situation.
I carried the family on top of a career, 3 Degrees, Multiple deployments, Church Commitments. PTA, Studying with kids.etc.etc.etc
I think I'll stop now. I could right volumes on this hell.
the Final Straw was her Affair, and Pregnancy due to it.
