I think when the Eagles get done with Tony and the cowgirls, he'll be known as "Tony Romo's, a place for sore ribs" Chargers all the way!

i noticed something yesterday:

Mcmahon, use to be lions QB, last year he was QB'ing the Eagles

Morningwig, use to be lions Head Coach, now hes Assist. Coach/Off. Coordinator for the eagles

Garcia, played for the Browns, then the lions, now the Eagles

Kitna, played for the browns, now the lions, i wonder where he'll play next?

Matt Millen, GM for the lions, spends 6 days a week in Pennsylvania instead of being with the team. But hey, when your best friends with the owner, you really dont have to do any work........for the past 4 LOSING seasons

o yea, Mara-new-chi (sp?) use to be lions coach last year, now hes on the NFL network talking about..............the eagles!

that Eagles-Giants game yesterday was good, i find it funny Shockey tells a player to "think" about a late hit, then he goes and does one himself a few min later

Thanx for all the support for the Eagles guys. :)

It's probably a longshot for the injury depleted eagles to win(and i still say losing Kearse is what really doomed the eagles to a 2nd tier team this season), but the Iggles will not go down without a hellacious fight. Plus, the Eagles are almost unbeatable in primetime games if the competition is remotely close to our own level.

Should be a great week of buildup in Philly. If you're not from here you CAN NOT POSSIBLY IMAGINE just how much we HATE the Dallas Stinkin' Cowboys here. :)

My wife despises the Cowboys about as much as Snipe does...Though she roots for the Redskins. I thought the AFC West had some bitter rivalries, the hatred runs way deeper in the NFC East. Especially against the Cowboys. I am impressed with Jeff Garcia's play of late. I had Donovan McNabb, LaDanian Tomlinson and Reggie Bush on one of my fantasy football teams, I was unbeatable for 10 weeks, then McNabb went down with a bum wheel and I have become mortal.

The Raiders have stunk it up so bad in the last 4 years that I have actually adopted the Eagles as my team...Tough to break loyalties, but I am rooting pretty hard for Philly. Remember Snipe, Pittsburgh was 7-5 last season until they made their run, Philly is pretty talented on defense, injuries and all. And while Garcia is no McNabb, he has flourished in that style of offense in the past and is scrappy enough to take them to the Super Bowl. Chicago is stout on defense, but I think Grossman is to inconsistent and will set a torch the Bears Super Bowl hopes in the playoffs.

Great to see Westbrook finally break the 1000yd mark. The Eagles have underutilized him in the running game for years. One hell of a young player, and he's under a longterm contract. :)

Mark my words Westbrook will emerge as a better weapon that LaDanian Tomlinson, if he can stay healthy...He may not get as many TD's but the guy is as all purpose as a tailback can get.

He is definitely a multi-dimensional threat. He lines up in the slot and on the outside about as often as he's in the backfield.

Fantastic player, and he's really benefited from Marty Morningwehg's more run oriented system.

When the Eagles actually commit to the run their offense is almost unstoppable. Even with Garcia(so far at least).

LOL...TO who? Did he play? Oh, right....he was their 'big weapon' today.

Here's what a weapon looks like:

<img src="http://img.coxnewsweb.com/C/03/77/45/image_1945773.jpg" border=0>

Today's game is what i call DOMINATION baby. What an XMAS present, thank you so much Eagles, GO BIRDS!!!! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

In two games combined against the Eagles this year, TO has a meager 5 catches for about 65 yards and 1 TD. I thought he was supposed to take Dallas to the Superbowl? He couldn't even break 100yards against the Eagles. LOL, losers.

The NFC East belongs to Philadelphia. It's ours. We intend to keep it. <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Outstanding win! And as for Dallas getting to the SuperBowl? only if they can get tickets like the rest of us!

I would love to see those guys "steal" a Super Bowl...
TO is a punk, he had the audacity to question the Dallas game plan ignoring the fact he has had a bad case of the drops all year. I wish Parcells would smack him down. I thought Garcia handled the post game interview with alot of class, he had certainly played his way into a starting job somewhere next year, if he opts to leave Philly. He should stay though, even with McNabb returning in 07 as the starter. Its almost a 2 QB league with injuries, and he is well worth paying top dollar as an insurance policy, they haven't missed a beat and in fact in my opinion have played more inspired football.

McNabb may not be ready for the 07 opener, depending on how his rehab goes.

"Santa got hit by a plane tonight."
~Jerry Jones in the team elevator after yesterday's game(Source Dallas morning news reporter Tim Cowlishaw, who confirmed the comment in an email to me today: "yes, he actually said that to me and another Morning News writer in the elevator. Take care.
TC")

Hehehehehehehe. <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Under McNabb the Eagles are a vertical deep strike offense(and statistically speaking, they were on a pace to be the greatest deep strike offense ever until McNabb got hurt). Under Garcia they've been the "classical" West Coast offense. For the life of me i thought i was watching Steve Young run the Eagles offense last night. ;)

I was thinking the same thing, though Rich Gannon came to mind...
