Thats cool Dice. We here at barnes were under the impression that Hawg Smoke '04 was going to be at Fort Drum next year. Well I guess we can hope to see you there. Hey Santa maybe your wife would let you book an airline flight down for the week ? Could be a great time.

Hawg166, from what the Hawgsmoke website states there are two Hawgsmokes a year so maybe the other will be held at Fort Drum...I don't know.

I do know the Project Officer, who I was stationed with at Moody AFB GA.,(talk to him on the phone this morning) and this Hawgsmoke will be held at England. I'm going to try my best to get down there but that will be close to my retirement in May, maybe HQ/ACC will give me one last TDY for old times sake! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle>

That's great! I was 76 TFS from 1985 til after Desert Storm and the closing of England AFB. Was a nice assignment, nice community.

I'd sure hate to miss something like this. At least, us "civvies" would be able to be there for the events on Saturday.

Hey everyone, First time I have had the computer on since the virus had me all screwed up. I couldn;t get anything to work. About getting together during HawgSmoke, count me in. It's a 12 hour drive from here, but I would do it in a heartbeat to see the Old Base, and meet some of the guys from W/T.

Miss the A-10 fun. Civilian life is too
boring and predictable.
