Agreed! Very well done! Any way to get a copy of that? I can't seem to save it off the web.

Yes Jack its me...

As far as copys go, my internet connection is crappy right now as soon as I get a better connection in a month or so I can host it for downloading.

The FOD was due to the fact that we were in England borrowing Spangs jets, 954 and 963 if I remember right? We kept our demo jets pretty clean in the cockpit so our pilot wouldn't catch a paint chip in the eye

It's great, because you see the pilot breathing in and out with all those g-forces on his body. You can really see him at work.

That is too cool. Just shot a link to a couple of friends of mine. They were amazed at how much the pilot had to throw into the control movements.

Great Job on the video.

Not seen the vid because my internet set up is steam driven and on loan from the British Museum........but, I do recall seeing in-cockpit footage of the Hog display at RIAT 2003 on an airshow DVD and it was fanbloodytastic.
The 2 SP jets were indeed 954 and 963.

Waited interminably for the download, but it was worth the wait!
Reminds me of what first drew me to the Hog when I first saw it display many years ago at an LN open day.
Excellent stuff.

M2, I'm pretty sure Dice got a copy of it when I sent him a copy of all my A-10 stuff about a year and a half ago.

I haven't seen the video yet because of my dial-up connection. jackb I did a quick look through the disks you've sent me and on one called \"videos from jackb\" there is one demo video but, I'm pretty sure it's not the one you guys are talking about because it has no in-cockpit shots. This video is to a Zepplen song and is over the/a coast somewhere. I can look more tomorrow but, if you could give me a lead on where it might be it would help.

The file is named demo spangdahlem on my computer. The one you have might be demo myrtle beach. ghorsepower made both of them. I may have left it out b/c it would have taken up too much space on one disc to put the other stuff I sent. (it's 98mb)

98MB, wow I'm sure I don't have anything like that because I'm sure I would remember a video of that size on any disk you sent me jack.

I'd love to have that on avi or mpeg, not to pirate, but to edit some cockpit clips into my own video. Anyway to get it yet??

W30,

Dice is local to me, I can Give him your Snail mail Addy. Dice has plenty of Swag.. He is very resourceful when it comes to all things A10. Much to be expected of a retired MSGT

Very nice! What are you doing with your left hand the couple times you take it off the throttle?

Thanks again for the pictures you guys did for me a few years back.

Pete, ghorsepower was the Crew Chief on the demo team, not the pilot.

I asked him the same question when he showed me the video when we were in Korea, he said the pilot was resetting the PAC switch probably after the G's turned it off.

Now what the PAC switch does I have no idea.
The PAC switch is the one about on the middle of the left canopy seal rail, even with the externals stores jettison button.
