A few years back, somebody (Dice?) posted an old A-10 test pic with an A-10 in I think it was natural metal (or gray/white?) loaded with a GBU-8 TV-guided bomb. I think it also had the insignia either on the wrong wing or painted upside down. The photo was taken from the 4 o'clock position and below.

I think I know which one you're talking about but I will have to look around for it....do you still what it?

No, but I'm pretty sure it was taken on the same flight. The photo I'm looking for, the A-10 was in level flight, nose pointed to the right in the image, and the camera is below the aircraft, on the starboard side, a little behind, looking up at the belly. It MAY have been carrying an early GBU-15, with square rear fins rather than the large delta-shaped fins of the later '15s.

I'd run a search, but the reformat has fried the search engine for all earlier posts, it seems.

I'll look some more.....what puzzle are we talking about here?
